This information notice explains how NEO Finance, AB, which operates the payment initiation and account information service “Neopay”, processes your personal data when you contact the Company and submit an inquiry through our website https://www.neopay.online/contact-us.
NEO Finance, AB (hereinafter – the Company, we) is the controller of your personal data (legal entity code 303225546, address Ukmergės g. 126, Vilnius) when such data are received and processed while providing the Account Information Service (AIS).
For what purpose and what data will we process?
In order to respond to your inquiry and provide you with the most suitable offer, we will process the following personal data you have provided in your inquiry: name, surname, phone number, email address, and any other personal data included in your message/inquiry.
What is the legal basis for processing the data?
We will process your data only after receiving your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (the data subject’s consent). You express your consent by ticking the relevant checkbox in the message/inquiry window and submitting your inquiry to us.
