NEO Finance, AB is a licensed provider of payment initiation, account information and other payment services. These services are provided under the Neopay brand.The Open Banking Department provides payment initiation and account information services through APIs with banks and other financial institutions, as required by the Law on Payments of the Republic of Lithuania and the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
